Through his specialized consultancy in organizational culture and conscious leadership, the Tribo, he has collaborated with market-leading companies such as Unilever, DHL, and Motorola, as well as unicorn startups and Amazonian communities.

With a robust international portfolio, Ryo has a successful track record in projects carried out in countries such as the USA, Japan, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Italy, France, Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland. He also had an influential role in the Junior Enterprise Movement as president of Brasil Júnior, leading more than 20,000 university students.
